Bright Wall Collective is a mural painting and design studio based in southwest Ohio, led by artists Jenn Acus-Smith and Nicole Trimble. We create expressive, illustrative murals that transform ordinary walls into vibrant destinations. Blending a painterly, hand-crafted style with bold storytelling, we design custom artwork for schools, businesses, public spaces, and private residences that inspires connection, celebrates community, and brings each space to life.

Jenn Acus-Smith, Co-Owner
Jenn Acus-Smith brings vibrant creative visions to life as an artist and co-owner of Bright Wall Collective. With more than 15 years of experience in public and community art, Jenn is dedicated to building spaces that inspire, connect, and transform. She has a connection to organic processes, including an interest in creating inks made from natural materials. Jenn’s commitment to public art also extends to her role as the Program Manager of Hamilton, Ohio’s StreetSpark Mural Program, where she has spent over a decade overseeing large-scale public murals and mentoring local artists.

Nicole Trimble, Co-Owner
Nicole Trimble is a painter, professor, proud cat mother, and passionate reality tv connoisseur. In addition to her work with Bright Wall Collective, Nicole is an active studio artist, exhibiting in galleries throughout the United States and in publications such as Movers & Makers, AEQAI, Studio Visit and Professional Artist Magazine. Her work is inspired by historical images and compositional devices, the language of portraiture and figuration, and exploring art tropes, archetypes and absurdism.
